Move the front seats back
Slide both front seats all the way back to make enough room for fitting.
Remove old car mats
Take the existing mats out of the car completely.
Fit the driver's mat
Lay the mat precisely in place and attach the adhesive strips to the hook-and-loop fasteners.
Repeat on the passenger side
Repeat the same step on the passenger side – it fits just as easily.
Reposition the seats
Slide the seats back into your preferred driving position.
Fit the rear mats
Lay the rear mats in place and push the fastening points under the seats. Tip: lifting the seats briefly makes fitting easier.

Around 3 weeks from your order. Your mats only go into production after you order — that takes 5–7 working days — then shipping is added. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you automatically receive a tracking number by email; you can check the status any time under Shipment tracking. In individual cases — customs or public holidays — it can take a little longer.
Then we'll make sure it fits. Get in touch within 30 days of receipt at support@premiummatten.shop and send us a photo of the fitted mat. We'll make you a new one free of charge; if that doesn't solve the fit, we'll refund the purchase price. Because every mat is cut individually for your car, this promise covers fit and workmanship — there is no general right to return made-to-measure products without giving a reason. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To make sure your mats arrive safely, they are packed folded flat – this can leave visible pressure marks along the folds. Lay the mat out flat for 2–4 days, ideally at 22 °C or above; in most cases the marks will smooth out noticeably. If a crease is still visible, email us at support@premiummatten.shop – and we'll take a look at it together.
A damp cloth, mild soap — that's all you need. For a more thorough clean, just take the mat out and rinse it with water. Do not put it in the washing machine and do not use aggressive cleaners. The eco-leather surface stays like new with minimal effort.

Nach nunmehr mehrfachem Nachkauf (wegen Fahrzeugwechsel) über rund sieben Jahre komme ich gern auf dieses Produkt zurück, da es sich im Alltag bewährt hat. Aktuell: Fußmatte gesteppt in hellgrau. Die Beanspruchung ist bei uns groß, weil wir oft nach unseren Hunderunden mit stark verschmutzten Schuhen fahren. Also Empfehlung auch bei langfristigem Gebrauch!

Habe mir die Matten für meinen Tucson bestellt und sie sind einfach nur der Hammer. Passen sehr gut und sind in einer top Qualität. Ich kann Premiummatten nur empfehlen, von mir fünf Sterne 🌟
Passt ganz gut, unter dem Sitz passt es nicht ganz, aber ist noch Ok. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürtig ist der Gummi für die Ferse, der wirkt aufgesetzt. Ich bin aber soweit zufrieden, jetzt schauen wir mal wie lang das hält.

Schöne Matten, aber da sie für den Versand geknickt werden, sind noch leicht die Falten drin nach einer Woche - ist jetzt nicht störend, aber deswegen nur vier von fünf Sternen. Passt aber sehr genau und sitzt gut!
